Craft Show

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to show you some quick goodies I threw together for a small craft show. The idea was to make smaller things people could use as stocking stuffers. I decided to make post it note holders and hot chocolate pack holders. The Christmas themed pieces used several papers from the new Christmas Die Cuts  with a View pack and the non Christmas themed ones were created with my cricut. I thought they would be cute for gifts for coworkers too. Hope you like!

Scrapbook Valentine's Day Layout

For this Layout I only had the one picture, but I still wanted to document the event, or evening in my album. I just matted the 4x6 photo and then placed coordinating themed strips of paper under the photo. The strips were totally random in size and placement. I then added metallic chipboard letters spelling the word Love to the left of the picture and then added a stitched stamp border on the top and bottom. I thought it came out pretty good considering I never use white for my background paper.

Face Lift

I hope everyone like the new look! Before it was just soooo boring and unmotivating, lol. Hopefully now Ill keep up. I also figured out how to customize the page so as you can see I have added alot of my Close to my Heart information on here too, like monthly specials and the stamp of the month. Talk to you Soon!!

Recent Cards

These are just a few cards that I have made over the last few weeks while at a crop and or in my spare time at home. I really need to start busting out my Christmas cards ASAP, hopefully that will happen this weekend sometime, at least half of them. LOL, we will see.
This one was using CTMH Believe paper pack and Christmas Cheer coordinating stamp set.

Just a quick one I threw together using scraps and a paper punch.

 An old retired CTMH set

Even though Halloween was over I was still in the mood, there's always next year : )

I Love this one, not sure why, just do.

Thanks for visiting!

Wicked Halloween Card

Here is a card that I made with the Wicked stamp set. I had to use the masking technique to get the sentiment to fit on the dimensional chipboard piece (from the You and Me set). I did use the Martha Stewart Drippy Goo punch and the EK success large spider punch. I also used a non CTMH stamp : ( at the bottom that I heat embossed with clear powder and then sponged silver ink over it to give it an eerie look. Hope you like!

Craft Room Rearrangement

So after a trip to Ikea I have slightly rearranged some things to fit my new Expedit shelfs. I originally wanted the 4x2 but they were sold out in the white so I just bought two 2x2s and put them next to each other. My JetMax cubes fit great on top. The rest of my room pictures are below on a previous blog.
